ACCESSIBILITY
Seating is all on the flat, and wheelchair/companion seats are located at the front on aisles. Concessions are available for wheelchair users and one accompanying companion.
There are accessible gender-neutral toiles at the Cathedral - ramps are in place to allow level access to their location. There is a 'Changing Places' facility (accessed with a RADAR key.)
There is level access from Minster Yard to the main entrance but please be aware that Minster Yard is predominantly cobbled. The entrance doorway is narrow. Should you require wider access, please notify a member of staff and they will be able to assist by offering an alternative entrance.

BOOKING FEES
Booking fees of 4.5% + VAT apply to all online advance sales. They are calculated by Ticketsource and will be applied as you add tickets to your basket.
DOOR SALES
Customers will have an opportunity to purchase tickets on the door at each performance, subject to availability. This will be from 40mins prior to each performance and payment can be made by cash or card. There are no booking fees for door sales.
Please note: sales can only be made for the next performance and not for future performances.
